Side note:
I'm getting better mentally, but my appetite has gotten progressively worse over the months. My boyfriend is trying to get me to eat more and take my pills, but I rarely cooperate. I am glad that he still puts up with my stubborness, as it can get pretty bad at times. I have gone countless nights with no/close to no sleep. Also, I am bipolar, I have an anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, (an anxiety disorder characterized by an intense fear of situations where escape might be difficult or help unavailable, often leading to avoidance of public spaces, crowds, or being alone.) athazagoraphobia, (the fear of being forgotten, ignored, or replaced. For me, this is very severe.) and maybe insomnia. I apologise if I can feel distant at times or have any mood swings.

余談ですが……
精神的な状態は少しずつ上向いているものの、食欲に関してはここ数ヶ月、悪化の一途をたどっています。彼氏は私がもっと食事を摂り、薬を服用するようにと懸命に促してくれているのですが、私はめったに言うことを聞きません。時として私の頑なな態度はかなりひどいものになることもあるのですが、それでも彼が辛抱強く付き合ってくれていることには、心から感謝しています。また、眠れない、あるいはほとんど眠れないまま夜を明かすことが、数え切れないほどありました。それから、私は双極性障害、不安障害、広場恐怖症（逃げ出すのが困難だったり、助けが得られなかったりする状況に対して強い恐怖を感じ、その結果、公共の場や人混み、あるいは一人でいることを避けるようになる不安障害の一種）、そしてアサザゴラ恐怖症（忘れられること、無視されること、あるいは誰かに取って代わられることへの恐怖。私の場合、この症状は非常に重いものです）を抱えており、おそらく不眠症も併発していると思われます。もし時折、私がよそよそしく感じられたり、気分の浮き沈みが激しくなったりすることがあれば、どうかお許しください。
