My first time doing a realistic drawing, or study, or whateverrr TuT

I'm really proud of it, even though there are probably some flaws that professionals would spot. BUT I'M SO HAPPYYYY!!! ^^

At first I was like "nah I'm not going to pull this off" but I kept going and going and... BOOM this is how it turned out!!
And in just an hour!!! That's a big deal, considering my brain works really slowly (it took me a whole year to figure out that my drawing tablet could be adjusted to a more comfortable height)
I'm very proud, and this motivates me to keep improving! :)

I really enjoyed coloring using the character's color palette, and I also think I'm making progress with colors YAYYY

Heyyy!! I'm back with some fanart of a friend's oc.
Her name is Iris, and she has water powers c:

I think my coloring has really improved, and I'm so happy about it!!! The thing I'm proudest of in the drawing is the water drop. I LOVE how it turned out ^^

The issue with this drawing is that some of the colors don't match what my friend told me about her character... I only found that out after I'd already finished it
I'll probably repost this with the corrected colors in the future, but for now, here is this masterpiece hehe

Also, sorry about the image quality. I drew this on a canvas that had other doodles on it, so I had to crop it out.

New character drawing!!

Honestly, I’d like to go into more detail, but I don’t really have anything else to say... I think?

For now, I’m just trying to improve while making little drawings like this one.
As soon as I make some progress on the other "thing," I’ll post it hehe

Oh, and what I can say about this character (I love creating things, but I rarely redraw them afterwards, HELP) is that she’s a doll, a bit ramshackle, as you can see.
And... that’s all lol.
She loves wearing retro outfits... because I love drawing that style :>

And you see that blonde hair of hers? It’s a wig— BOOM plot twist (someone take away my internet access-)

It's like I'm happy, but I'm not in LOVE with this.
I still have a lot to improve in my coloring, but I think I've made quite a bit of progress. AAA I'm proud ^^

Another thing I have to point out is that... I didn't put as much effort into the drawing as I should have. I mean, I really nailed my son's pose and expression, but I was pretty lazy with the coloring... I ALWAYS USE THE SAME TECHNIQUE AND BRUSH. That's bad.

Note to myself: I need to take my drawings more seriously while still having fun making them >:)

I'm so excited to finally have finished this drawing because I learned so many new things while doing it!

Things to highlight about this? I've found a couple of brushes that I've felt very comfortable using, and I'm also very happy with their texture :D
And colors are no longer my enemy! It's been fun mixing them and creating this composition, which I'm very proud of.

Ahem... don't pay too much attention to the background, okay? I didn't put THAT effort into it xD I'LL IMPROVE THAT LATER

I really hope you guys like it, because the best part of this is sharing my love for drawing with other people :)
