Please remember how deeply loved and valued you are. I know that might be incredibly hard to believe sometimes, especially when you’re hurting and everything feels like too much. But remember, you don’t have to carry all of that pain by yourself.
I’ve been in that place before. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I know how difficult it can be to imagine things getting better when you’re already exhausted. I’ve also lost people close to me to suicide, and I wish more than anything that they could have known just how loved they truly were and how much they’re missed.
So if you’re struggling right now, please don’t be afraid to tell someone. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly, and you don’t have to pretend that you’re okay. There are people out here who genuinely want to listen and help you through this, even if you don’t know them yet… like me! I’m always here if you need to talk.
Please stay. Take things one moment at a time. Reach out to someone you trust, whether that’s a friend, family member, teacher, counselor, or someone else who makes you feel safe.
