Please remember how deeply loved and valued you are. I know that might be incredibly hard to believe sometimes, especially when youโre hurting and everything feels like too much. But remember, you donโt have to carry all of that pain by yourself.
Iโve been in that place before. I know what it feels like to struggle, and I know how difficult it can be to imagine things getting better when youโre already exhausted. Iโve also lost people close to me to suicide, and I wish more than anything that they could have known just how loved they truly were and how much theyโre missed.
So if youโre struggling right now, please donโt be afraid to tell someone. You donโt have to explain everything perfectly, and you donโt have to pretend that youโre okay. There are people out here who genuinely want to listen and help you through this, even if you donโt know them yetโฆ like me! Iโm always here if you need to talk.
Please stay. Take things one moment at a time. Reach out to someone you trust, whether thatโs a friend, family member, teacher, counselor, or someone else who makes you feel safe.
