⚠️ AI COMPANIES ARE NOW DESTROYING RARE AND OLD BOOKS FOR THEIR OWN SELF GAIN! PLEASE BE AWARE/READ! ⚠️
I have usually refrained from making these kinds of posts in the past in order to not get into unwanted territory, but this is just too far. An AI company called Anthropic started a mission called Project Panama back in 2024 in order to train their AI off of literature. Since copyrights on multiple books have been enforced, especially in older books, the company has been buying, scanning and destroying them in order for the AI to be "legally" trained off of them. Some allies with the company have also resorted to pirating in order to meet their goal. By this point, they have already destroyed millions of books, and it's truly horrifying.
I've been rereading Fahrenheit 451 recently, even before I've found this out, and it's atrocious how similar these events, like the book burning, are starting to align. Other people have also said that the book 1984 also compares to this situation, and while I haven't read the book myself, it goes to show how much people in the past were horrified by these sorts of ideas. Heck, the company behind it all itself didn't even want this information to get out!
From the bottom of my heart, I deeply thank you for still reading, as this situation is important to me. Reading is one of my passions, and while I may not be the smartest person I know, I enjoy it. As we speak, our history is being erased for our temporary pleasure, and every little action we do now will help our future generations. Have any old books? KEEP THEM! See anonymous people buying books in bulk? QUESTION THEM, and if it resorts to it, DON'T SELL THOSE BOOKS! Even if they are children's books, even if you have books that are starting to break apart, KEEP THEM.
With this, I want to make one final word. SAVE OUR BOOKS, SAVE OUR HISTORY!

This is a somewhat important post.
I will not continue the Pokémon team drawing. Or at least, not for a long time. I already have a bunch of projects, most of which are going well, but with my Pokémon team drawing, its draining my energy and that's not helping me with finishing it. I will still draw, but I don't think I'll do any big projects for a long time. I'll stick to stuff I actually want to draw/want to learn how to draw. (My favorite characters, Pokémon, anatomy, and possibly flowers)

Yo, I’d like to spread word if this has happened to any of y’all.
Someone came to my dms claiming that they accidentally reported me, mistaking me for someone else that was ‘impersonating’ my account. After I received a follow from them, they disappeared shortly and they were gone from my dms. Since I still had the follow notification, I clicked on their profile and was met by pyro with the magnifying glass saying the url was not correct and the profile did not exist.
I talked to a few people, and a few minutes later, they are messaged by random users claiming the SAME THING.
This is most likely a scam. Do not believe them, if you have gotten a similar message.
Note: They will begin by greeting you, saying something like, ‘hello’. If you don’t recognize the user, they may be the scammer.
Everyone, wish me luck on getting Lyney, Emilie, Navia, and Nefer in Genshin Impact. If I get them, I'll let you know. (@⛧ Jazzy !! ⛧, @goofy, and @sillylucid27 will probably be the first people to know-)

@ALittleSnowFox in the reference I'm using, the clouds are this yellowish orange color. I've tried doing other colors, but none of them match the feeling of the drawing. I'll probably redraw them later. Hopefully they'll look better.
