Miko is only 21.
They've been dating for 6 years.

Miko was 15 and Apollo was 23.
Miko was groomed by him into a relationship.
Apollo abuses him, cracks him, and then is kind to him to keep them in a relationship.
Apollo also isolates him and manipulates.
Miko still loves him though, at least he thinks he does.
