Day 6 of Inktober! Ogre reminded me of DND, and so I drew some miniatures and dice clutter.

Days 4-5 of inktober!

Day 3 of inktober. I did this in 30 seconds but that was because I was out all day yesterday, so that's fine.

Days 2 of inktober:

It's October first, and I'm trying Inktober for the first time this year! The prompt was apple, and so I free associated. Apple makes me think of fruit, and the brand of tech, tech makes me think robot, so I decided to draw a robot that grows and picks apples. He even has a few saplings on his back.

Tell me what your Inktober idea was! I'd love to hear it!

And to those who say, "I don't have time," Just do a 5 minute sketch! I promise you that you will be surprised by just how much you can get done. This doesn't have to be a chore. We already have enough of those.

Make it fun!

I drew Slyrintove's OC, Cat, as a dragon. It's not my best work, but I think it's cool as dragons go. It's been a while since I've gotten back into digital art, but what do you guys think?

I hit 400 likes, and I would just like to say, Thank you. I know that my work, though good, has a long way to go, and I hope that if you stick around, you'll find it worth your time. :)

What is one of your greatest Art related pet peeves? Mine is people who say that drawing with references makes you a lesser artist somehow.

Continuation from the last post. This is closer to a real life thing. Don't know if you've heard of it, it's called a tank. This one has tires though, since in the world it's based in, sand would mess up the treads.

This doesn't exist...but I thought it should so I drew it. This is a part of a new world building series I'm doing, where the tech is closer to modern day/ hunger games. If you have any ideas for other machines, vehicles, inventions, or stuff like that, let me know. I'd love to make that.

For the people who couldn't see this from my last post, that is just because I am a forgetful fellow who forgot to atatch it...sorry. I hope you enjoy!

I can't believe I am nearly at 400 likes! This is crazy.

I'm trying out Krita for the first time! If you have any tips, I'm all ears!

Gladiator.

I drew this scene from Gladiator: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/961448220464108260/
The fun thing about this painting is that if you zoom in you see just how messy the brushwork is, but if you step back, you really can't tell!

Here is a reference photo of the model of a dragon head I made. I couldn't get the angle quite right, but I think it still will be a good practice reference to draw.

Little study of a dragon sculpture I made! If you guys want, I can upload some references that you could also try and draw of this same model.

This is my character Thorn! He's the main character of my book which I'm currently in the process of rewriting! It's been a load of fun, and so I thought it would be even cooler if I could draw him digitally and then print that out on some parchment I made. I don't know if I'll show it yet though. I might. Tell me what you think, I'd love to know!

I got back from a two week vacation and the drawings I have to show you guys, I think are awesome! I really learned a lot and found so much inspiration, and I hope you do as well! Anyway, tell me which on is your favorite in the comments.

Edit: There are more than one image in this post.
