no idea if you've figured it out by now, but if you're on computer go in your friends list (top right, the three people silhouette) then you'll see the people who are online. At that point just hover your mouse over the little drawing icon they have on the left of the three dots, and it should show you the jam they are active in and a button to join said jam!
