The entity moves slowly, but it will continuously pursue its target until the target leaves the level or successfully noclips into another one.
Attempts to hide have proven ineffective.

Very little is known about the organization responsible for its creation. What is known is that the subject was subjected to prolonged experimentation and torture over an unknown period of time.
It is most commonly encountered in dark areas of the Poolrooms.
Witnesses rarely see it before hearing it.
The crying comes first.
Ic4ros appears to avoid human contact and will usually retreat into the water when approached. If cornered, however, it may become unpredictable.
