I’ve gradually grown to dislike those low-quality Undertale AUs (like Ink, Error, Dream, Nightmare, Killer...). They completely disregard the original story; they are practically an insult to Undertale—that masterpiece. Wasn't the original Sans good enough? Why bother with all that convoluted stuff? I respect your preferences—I used to like those things too (a year ago). But after spending enough time in the fan community, you eventually realize that those uninspired creations do nothing but tack unnecessary abilities and traits onto Sans—some even focus solely on the combat stats of various AU Sanses while relegating other monsters to mere supporting roles... Undertale is already perfect; it doesn't need those complicated fan creations... That’s why I’m returning to the basics: Undertale itself is a beautiful story—an emotional experience that no AU can ever surpass...
