The other 'main' character in my comic- the alien does have a true form, it's just not being revealed until the finale.. Leona usually has more relaxed eyes, so there's an indicator for if the character in the 1st chapter is her or not- well, in the beginning, at least. The alien takes its form from her, but sucks at doing that, so it made her eyes a lil' uncanny (totally not because I'm lazy...)

This design is NOT based on a bluejay!! It's based on the White-Throated Magpie Jay or the Cyanocorax formosus, formerly known as the Calocitta formosa... Yes, the name of it is a reference to the old scientific name for the bird. I love White-throated Magpie Jays so much!!! The 1-5 numbering and the neon outlines are It's mutations :3
