His name is peter. He eats spiky rocks and is in a constant state of emotional distress.

Located in the wastelands of some strange world, these 2 beings resent the masks they have long been forced to wear, and the skin that molds them into the shape they are.

They used to be gods of their personal dimensions, but they were imprisoned in these physical forms and cast astray into the darkness of this purposeless realm as the greater power tore apart the worlds they harboured and doted upon.

idk I just made up some lore that I won't build on, maybe. im still deciding if all of these weird things I draw exist in the same universe

hope u like these things lol

There had been little sign of what was the spark to the powder keg, but there was certainly signs of the aftermath. Upon the starlit night, a once serene cascade of stars, shedding their light upon this waning moon, now suffocate in the great plumes of ash. The great inferno, fuelled by the culmination of 500 years work, labour and lineage. Reduced to rubble.

It was a surreal sight, an unholy vivid orange light bathed and drowned everywhere, fortunate enough to be upon the opposite side of a canal, the fire was yet to gain a foothold in district. And yet flurries of sparks, wilting their spiteful flaming light as they descended down upon our world like a thousand flaming arrows, just to fizzle out and burn the pavement they were soon to engulf.

I managed to vacate with the necessities, and along with the majority of my district raced towards the North-ward passage, away from the flame. Looking back was something I'm yet to forget. Not the sight of a city that is fighting the fire, but a city that had slept through the ignition, and burnt before it woke. I did not like to think of what must have happened to those trapped across that shabby channel of water, and I did not look back to see the chapels fall, nor the spires, nor the smokestacks. I could not bring my mourning gaze upon the root of its grievances, and instead fled into that great dark like many of my kind. Not with a fight, but with a resignation that it was lost, and joined my fellow insects in the dust, as our mother lay gutted and burnt alive at our feet.

We had walked for several hours, but could not truly escape the pillar of smoke on the horizon, it was a group of no more than 15 of us. We stayed together, that came naturally, not one of us shared an interest in learning about those vermin that stalk these rotten plains.

Our prior life was now obsolete, redundant. It was us against a world that had not seen a true light in many an eon. A place where even the very soil itself seeks to instil its malicious poisons in to the minds of us.

We had not eaten for at least 5 hours. That was my assumption when we came upon the North Settlement. A great bastion of walls, black-powder and steel plating. A churning, writhing heart of steel and industry nestled within the most decayed of places. A place where even the darkness seemed to die at the hands of their sheer industry.

The gates stayed shut even as we approached-

The fires of Evokar carry far across the great dark.
It catches the eyes of the most decayed of the demented, yet not one of the people looks back.
They move into the vast, wretched world, guided only by the great flames of everything they knew.
Everything they had.

Many would lose their way,
Many would lose what;s left of them,
Many would lose all that made them real.
Many lost everything.

Asylum was no more.

Ima do some creature drawings,
probably the demented with some cool species report kinda study thingy idk
Or maybe just more vague world-building kinda stuff

They have left us to rot.
They left us to burn.

Why can't we see? Why can't we learn?
There's no angels up there.

Not whilst our seas still churn,
Not whilst our skies stay dark,
Not whilst our people still yearn,
For the heresiarch to return.

A great sanctuary of all, cast into a blistering inferno until all that remained was fields of ash.

An OC of mine, tried actually making a picture instead of doodling lol.

Upon the ruin of the Ekova Sanctuary, its inhabitants scattered into the shadowed realms. Many would not make the crossing, for despite the hostility of their wretched world, not one of them had been taught to fight.

Everything they knew had been lost to the flames, all but the bags upon their shoulders and the name upon their head.
