Based of the element, Magnesium . Specifically when its reacting with water and turns pinkish.
Scientist for scoop,, works mainly with mixing chemicals and discovering things. Shes very careless when it comes to mixing , often causing accidents.
This is how Phosphorus Cookie was created.

A failed experiment.
Magnesium cookie doesnt know how to be a good mother, so Phospporus Cookie ended up having to be a contained Anomaly, though they arent a very big threat.
Since they were never parented, they dont really understand how other cookies or emotions work.
They are based off Chemiluminescent White Phosphorus, which glows like ... toxic green. This is caused if it is stored in dark, moist enviorments.
If White Phosphorus comes in contact with ones skin, it causes AGRESSIVE second-to-fourth degree chemical burns. It doesn't stop till its deprived of oxygen. dont look it up, its gross-looking.

Im pretty happy with Magnesium, but she could use some polishing.
The only thing I like about White Phosphorus is the low flowy pigtails shape. I want a whole new design for them if possible.

EXTRA :
The only accurate stuff about this is the chemical reactions I talked about.
Phosphorus is an element, not a compound so It cannot be created. You cant create compounds anyways.
Dont look up White Phosphorus burns. Its nasty, trust me.
