Concept for a more detailed art piece I might do in the future. Character is my own.

“It’s just a study,” I said.
”I’ll make it simple,” I said.
An hour and a half later:
A very informative study. I enjoyed it. It combined three things I dislike most rendering: Foliage, foliage in bright light, and strong contrasting light and shadows. But the reference picture was beautiful and I could not resist. I think it was incredibly beneficial.

Behold, my awful recreated diagrams for the dermis. I really wanted to draw but also needed to study, here is my compromise.

Challenge I did where we put on a greyscale filter and choose from a pixelated and scrambled color square to draw using only values. He looks radiated.
For some reason it would not allow me to save the picture as greyscale, so there is a screenshot instead.

Please ignore how scuffed the strings are.

One of my characters, singing in his native tongue, a conlang I’ve recently begun crafting. It’s my first go at making a conlang, but it’s been fun(and mind-numbingly confusing) translating various short scripts.
If anyone reading this can miraculously guess what song he’s singing, you get a gold star. Hint, it is an internet/generation defining song. If you don’t know this song, kindly I ask you what rock you’ve been living under.

This is a screenshot from an art jam, which is why it’s so painfully pixelated. Rip.

1 is such a #1 attempt

In this age of automation, more and more do we find ourselves impeding on the boundaries our forefathers constructed to cultivate and maintain a child’s freedoms; kidnappings, secret agencies, underground schemes brew the most malevolent of evils, stalking in the dark, waiting to bend and break these boundaries that ensure child labor laws are properly adhered to.

Children with able bodies, enslaved to the confines of unwillful labor, has been a rising concern in our community. Blatant perpetrators have wrecked havoc on the joy and freedoms they have enjoyed, and should continue to enjoy, in these recent times. I come to you to implore, beseech, we halt this growing iniquity. Children with bright futures are victim to kidnapping, swept from their warm homes and drug into the dark depths. No longer to enjoy the sweet sun and the display of the changing season, never more to see the creatures of the fields and birds of the air, never to know a warm bed. Exposed to toxic fumes and ever thrumming darkness of the caves, both the psychological and mental health of these children’s are at risk of damage. Damage we can prevent, if only we act fast enough to gain foothold of this fetid atrocity.

We work tirelessly to maintain peace, order, law, and most importantly, protecting a child’s future. So I ask of you, people of the jury, will you, too, stand for the future of the future generation? Or will you remain seated in complacency, ensnared in the ever-consuming gluttony of evil?

(If it wasn’t obvious, this is a joke)
