Story:
Ever since Ish was born, he had a great interest in exploring and documenting. Every day he would run around his small hamlet, which was miles away from the nearest city, and drew and wrote information about any bugs or animals he could find on the limited paper his family owned. His family wasn't rich, but they also weren't poor; they owned and ran a small restaurant which was popular among the locals who are the only people who are there. When Ish grew up to be around 19 years old, he decided it was time to adventure the world and document the wonders it held. with the help of his family he was able to muster enough money to buy a proper journal once he got to the nearest city, which in itself was a taste of adventure for Ish. From there he would join random parties, and follow them on their journey, to document the strange and bazar creatures they encounter. He wouldn't usually stay with these parties for long as they might want to continue to other locations while he would want to stay behind and document more of the area, and then wait for the next party to come along. He made a lot of friend in different parties while doing this, unfortunately, during a dungeon crawling mission with a party, which was a talented team he had started growing quite fond of, ran into a Witch Wyrm which wiped out half the party and damaged Ish's left eye. Ish tries not to think about that day, now using his discoveries as a way to distract himself, however, he did learn a lesson from it to be more careful during dungeon crawling, or any other adventure for that matter.
