Last dinosaur done! This series was very fun to make, hope you all enjoyed :^D.

Alexornis antecedens is the only known species of its genus, it lived in the late Cretaceous and was discovered in the same formation as Labocania anomala.
It’s known from a fragmentary skeleton including bones from its shoulder, wing and legs. It’s one of the only birds in its class that coexisted with other non-avian dinosaurs, belonging to the group Enantiornithes, which included some of the most “advanced” birds for the period.
It’s estimated its size was similar to that of a sparrow. Its name comes from ornithologist Alexander Wetmore and the Greek word “ornis” (bird), and “antecedens” being Latin for “ancestral”.
Famously, this species was included in the animated movie Walking with Dinosaurs (2013), interpreted by John Leguizamo. Curiously, the animal is given a latino accent, as it refers to its Mexican origin while the movie is set in present day Alaska.

Dinosaur number three done!
Aletopelta coombsi is the only known species of its genus and belongs to the Ankylosauridae family (the same one Ankylosaurus belongs to) and lived in the late Cretaceous period.
It’s estimated A. coombsi measured up to be 5m (16ft) long and to weigh 2 tonnes.
When Aletopelta was discovered in 1987, its partial skeleton was found in a miniature reef, preserving some osteoderms and with eight shark teeth embedded in various parts of its body. The specimen is theorized to once be a bloated carcass washed out by the stream, which then sank to the bottom of the sea and became food for various invertebrates and sharks,
thus explaining the teeth’s origin.
A. coombsi’s name comes from the greek “wanderer shell”, and “coombsi” coming from W. P. Coombs, the person who described the animal in 1996.

Heyoo second sticker done :^D.
Magnapaulia laticaudus is the only known species of its genus, and belongs to the Hadrosauridae family (same one as Parasaurolophus and Lambeosaurus, one of its closest relatives). It lived in the late Cretaceous period and possibly interacted with Labocania anomala in a predator-prey relationship.
It’s estimated that M. laticaudus measured up to be 12.5m (41ft) long and a weight of 23 tonnes, making it one of the largest members of Ornithischia (herbivorous dinosaurs known to have a hip shape similar to bird’s, with a pelvis bone pointing downward).
When discovered, it was first assigned the genus Lambeosaurus due to its similarities to it, though in 2012 it would be assigned its own.
The name’s meaning is a mix of the Latin word “magnus” (meaning “large”) and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County’s president’s first name: Paul G. Haaga, Jr. The specific name is derived from the Latin words “latus” and “cauda”, meaning “broad tail”.

Enjoy!

This is the first of a list of dinosaurs from Baja California I'm drawing and selling as stickers. I'm studying biology and hopefully I can study paleontology :^)
Enjoy!
