(Every month, I'm going to pick a character of mine to showcase.)

This month's character is Aku the witch hat! (name possibly temporary)
Aku is a hominid object with witch blood. He has very strong magic compared to others.
Upon first meeting, it's very clear he's not looking for friends. He keeps a rough, protective exterior at all times. He wouldn't dare let anyone past it. Aku sees himself as a villain, and he likes it.
Aku's hobbies include max property damage, bullying, stealing candy from babies, and graffiti. He enjoys making others suffer.
There is one person- and only one- who has broken through his tough exterior. That person is Koi. Aku is constantly yelling at her to leave him alone and pushing her away. But, no matter how much he'll deny it, he cares for her more than anything in the universe. Aku would defend Koi with his life and do anything for her. After all, she's the only one who's ever actually... liked... him...

I waited till the last minute to do this assignment, so I had to rush it.

This month's character is Caroline the mushroom!
Caroline is a hominid object.
Upon first meeting, you'll see she's very excitable and hyper. She strives to brighten everyone's day and share all the joy and love cooped up inside her with the world! She also has slight phobophobia.
Caroline's hobbies include gardening, baking, sewing, crocheting, and tennis. Her lifelong dream has been to open a flower shop, and her wife, Silver, made that dream come true. Caroline loves Silver with all her heart and would do anything for her.
Caroline has a very large family and is very close with almost all of them. She's not used to being alone; she loves to surround herself with people. She just loves people in general, as contrast to Silver, who hates people and has no family left.
Caroline is the kind to live her life to the fullest, chasing after any opportunity for excitement.

Another little update:
So, as you know already, it's hard for me to get time on Magma because my parents suck.

Little update:
My parents blocked Magma on the wifi at my house, so I can no longer draw outside of school. This means that I will be much less active. I'll try to be online when I can, but it'll be hard.

This month's character is Silver the lava lamp!
Silver is a hominid with a strong mixture of vampiric in her.
Upon first meeting, she'll seem a bit rude, but don't let her fool you! She has a kind and gentle heart and a comforting smile. She strives to keep all her friends smiling, even when she may not be truly smiling inside.
Being part of a mythical race (vampiric, fae, witches, etc.), she faces a lot of discrimination once she reveals it. She is a leader in the protests for mythic rights. Unfortunately, this makes her a big target... (I'll drop more lore on the situation when I feel like writing it all out.)
Her lovely wife, whom she loves very much, is Caroline (character profile coming soon to CharacterHub). T̶h̶e̶y̶ run a flower shop together. Caroline and Silver face every trial together, always have, a̶l̶w̶a̶y̶s̶ ẅ̶̹̥̣͕͇̺ȋ̶̲͎̠̗̲͙l̷̢͇̿ļ̵̼̞͕̮͐́̿̊̀̏.

It's amazing how much has happened; how we've changed.
My art style has grown and improved greatly.
I've met so many awesome people, and awful people too.
We all had our hard times. What matters is that we kept going.
I'm glad I kept going, even when I really wanted to end it all.

This came out MUCH later than I wanted it to.
What I didn't expect was a crapload of big projects to be dropped on me as soon as I got back from break.
I'll try to drop a lot more art before the end of January (specifically centering a certain character in this drawing)

2025 was probably one of the best years of my life
I met so many great new people and discovered a lot more about myself!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my first year here on magma. It's been a great year, and I look forward to the next. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. It feels so good to be cared about.

So that's a wrap on OSC_Holidays! Maybe I'll pick back up some old projects now. Perhaps a certain comic I was working on...

So, I know I promised I would get this one out on time, but I forgot I was heading to Utah for a couple days. Mb gangalangs.
