GUYS HELP ME T.T

I'm like really pale and I was outside in the sun for a while bcuz I was swimming but I got a REALLY sunburn on my shoulders, upper arms and a little on my upper back... Can anyone help me with this??? I've already put a ton of aloe on but it still burnnnnnnssssss :<
