I am asking for help because I want to do something nice for my friend! And what better than having people draw her! She gave me permission to allow her to be drawn by online users and for artistic liberties to be used to its fullest soooo... have fun with it!
She is currently in a wheelchair right now due to a surgery, so if anyone knows how to draw that, you would be the best because I have no idea how (even though I'm in one myself, lol)
She also has a crazy obsession over winged folk, so she might like that as well. But once again, she loves to see what people come up with and is excited to see what will happen with this. Artistic freedom!!!

As I am writing and drawing this, I am on 9 separate medications, three of them including medically controlled substances. With that being said, I tried my best with drawing and typing, haha

The surgery went well, but not perfect. There were a few nerves that were severed along with one of my muscles, but that was excpected.... risk wise at least.
Therefore, I may be taking a longer hiatus than expected, especially because of the second surgery in March :/

Hey guys! Sorry for not being very active! My first surgery date has been moved sooner to September 2nd (you know the date!).
With that being said, I have no idea how active I'll be for the next 4 months as I will be preparing, going under, and recovering from surgery. My second surgery is a tbd date hopefully in March (the absolute earliest ;-;).
After that, college will become an option for me, so I have no idea what's going to happen with this account the, small but mughty, community around it... including the art jams I host and such.
Once again, so sorry for the inconveniences, I hope school is starting well for those going into such and I hope life is well for everyone <3

Just... not as I was... (ominous effects)
It turns out that I have very severe hip dysplasia and my cartilage has torn. I went to talk to my surgeon (who at that time didn't know how bad it actually was because the previous doctor messed up) and he said that I need two surgeries completely replacing my hip. No, I am nowhere near the age of 30, my body just thinks that it is.
Long story short, I won't be making any of the jams for an entire year because that is how long it is going to take to get my surgeries and recover along with physical therapy before, during, and after said surgeries.
My first surgery will be in September, then my second around February or March.
The good news is that I have a cheap drawing pad now, so that's epic!
I will join art jams every once in a while. I will be busy with fixing my cartilage and getting a new hip and physical therapy and school... all of the above, but I will try to be active for you all!!!

Hey guys
I won't be able to get on for a long while, unfortunately. I have a big medical procedure on my hips and legs (yay). It will be 3 to 4 months until I can walk, assuming everything goes well. I'll be exhausted from surgery and recovery and I will have to do physical therapy for a few years.
I currently don't have a return date, nor do I know if I'll be able to continue with my theme week art jams anytime soon, same with the collaborative banner. I'm hoping that I will be able to come back within the next 6 months, but between the two surgeries (possibly more) and being unemployed, I don't know if I'll have the profits to get a drawing tablet in time. I might try to do everything on my phone, but that will come with me begging for forgiveness due to how terrible my skills are in that form of art (I have no stylus).
I hope you all have the best next 6-ish months of your lives and good luck to those with finals and college applications!!!

Sorry for not posting any Theme Week Art Jams last week. I had a medical emergency and I'll still be out for a bit so I won't post until, hopefully at the latest, next month. I was going to post an apology doodle, but my drawing pad broke and drawing on computer and phone sucks.

Look ahead! I am making three Art Jams that will re-create my banner cuz I don't want the banner I made for myself... love Canva, but I want pure, raw art from multiple styles.
Why am I doing this three times? Because I will be comparing the three and choosing my favorite! Almost like a group-effort contest just... pls don't be competitive
But have fun and be on the lookout. I am looking forward to the results!!!

I drew a lady sitting beside them, but I didn't like how she turned out (it was rushed anyway). So, instead I drew my lil guy and two other peeps drew their tomatos next to mine (who's holding a popsicle). Very cute. I live, laugh, love them

Unfortunately, only a few people joined this time, but the art is AMAZING! So much detail was put in these drawings and they are absolutely stunning!

I drew these pookies. Dunno who they are, but I did it using a base (I used Doody's [@26Kitsune on Tumblr] art as reference. I found it on Pinterest).
