I use Gallery mainly for recording the process and the journal toward the true art of myself, not just showing the few highlight and selected parts. So I try to keep mind wondering ideas, exploration, casual sketches, learning process, as well final art piece in my Gallery all together. (while being respected of magma rules of using Gallery)

Assumption of "vanish line" from 2 mutually parallel planes, not just "vanish point" from 2 mutually parallel lines.
Assumption of there is not only x y z axis but infinite numbers of local axis.
Wrong math assumption at all. The angles in photography is different from human eye I guess, depends on different type of lenses.

@Willow tree No no that is just a coincident effect :) because when I drew this I was like "ok maybe I'll playing around with the shape and form of dophin because it is so streamlined", so I didn't drew it big at first, so no too much pixel for lights and shadows later on. I cannot remember why I left spaces for these white spots, but not for refractions of light from surface water.
But your intuition is right, they indeed look like refractions.

The texture of night cloud has so much details, Also the unique representation of waves of water. I also like detailed, sensitive, deligent works (I myself too often can not help but dive into carving important details too far). But the main reason I like your piece is beyond the visual reptesentation -- The feelings is just right for introverted person like me, I get slow downs and immerse into the environment and scene, I like to stay with this mood for long time, one good piece is enough for this.

@ZG this is Moai, the human figures carved from stone by the Rapa Nui people, on Rapa Nui (Easter Island) in eastern Polynesia, the characteristic and the art is pretty amazing and unique by itself. Thanks for the likes! I like your genuine drawing and learning journey, really! I think you have the gift to become good artist, not related to the skill part but the natural of exploration of feelings and styles you express naturally. That could not be taught but is natural personality, which is this soul of art.

I had the same goal when i started with drawing people, and everyday im getting closer to where i wanna be, i cant draw animals that well but you sure can. And i hope you reach that goal someday! But there will always be struggles.
