i LOVE drawing dragons, their fictional anatomy always gets me out of being stuck on something, and i've been drawing from reference so much that it feels good to confirm that i can still draw without.. the kid on the nose of the bigger one was from reference though

The only warning is the silence

It's important to me that you know i can draw hands. Also color study? Light study? study of some kind? with the colored hands

Timed sketches. The site i used has disappointingly little variation in body shapes now that i look at this... i feel like i still improved loads towards the end of the session though :) the cooler the color the later i drew them, so the blue dudes were the last ones

I made the sketch last week in a jam. Then it took me like a week to color it well enough for me to consider it done. Still not completely happy with it, which is why I'm keeping the sketch in the post because I'm REALLY happy with it.

My already existing drawing-on-paper skills are finally applying to digital drawing. And I'd like to think that I'm learning coloring MIGHTY fast even though it takes me many attempts to be happy with the end result. I'm very happy with my line art though
