I think this is my first time participating in Artspot jams uhm uhm, This is Raphline, very cute oc. I was trembling so bad since it's been a while since I've drawn with alot of people. Tried to finish this quickly cuz my back was aching so bad and it was already midnight fr, so I skipped lineart and balled it. Tysm for the opportunity wahh, I enjoy drawing OCs.

Hello!
this was drawn for the artspot fanart canvas!
I drew @TwoMuchPoko 's (go follow) OC and omw, she's so cute!!! I had so much fun working on this, and yes, its not my usual style.. about that:
AHEM- So recently I've been working on quite a few original art pieces, not just portrait studies, concept arts, prints ect- and its been so much fun. making my own art has been such an enjoyable thing- SO, I'm going to be focusing more on original art, and less so portraits, I'm also in a style crisis, so expect varying stylization XD
(also im wanting to do concept art in the future, so I need to work on original stuff to grow in that area :P)
anyway, I had lots of fun with this! thanks for letting me draw her poko!
Thanks for looking here!

P.S. A full illustration is coming soon- Hehe

Dragging @4m3m7nch35 to contribute into @bakin G soda team's canvas for their competition hehehe
@grenger on left
@4m3m7nch35 on right
(Lowkey invaded my friend's canvas uninvited at first and then another one joined in
)
すごい!!!!
it truly has been our witchless cafe ❤️🩹
WAAHHHH WAHHHHHHHH
@Barakamont no comment 👨🦯👨🦯👨🦯
This has been plagueing my mind for 2 months and i finally finished it after chipping it in the span of weeks. Honestly the highest amount of effort that i ever put in a drawing and I definitely bit WAY more than i can chew.
Huge shout out to @Likewise for pushing me into finishing it and also helping me by guiding me a bit hehehehe, highkey would've abandoned it without him.
I love ur art
@user-bxcj1b omg your back! And tysm hehehe, the background kills me a lot to be honest here rather than the perspective since I thought about it after drawing the character and the ice huhuhu (and the fact that I'm not good at drawing them)
Swapping outfit with @.ᵃʳᵗˢᵖᵒᵗ UNA 's oc :D
IVE BEEN MISSING OUT ON SO MUCH POKO ART WTF
Wooah amazing
go support
heh, this competition might've come out of nowhere, but together with @K1n and @ZANE!!! we decided to join again! 🗣️🗣️🗣️
The prompt this time was hella fun to do, so we feel like we really got our brain juices flowing much better for this one this time round aw yeah

Once again special thanks to @Likewise for being our very much needed coach - as much as we improved over the course of the last few comps we definitely still had a lot to learn
Either way, we think this is the best we've done so far so we feel greatly prepared for the next one to come
We might've been caught at a super busy time, but somehow we got it to work and poured in a lot of time, so we hope you like it 🧑🍳 thanks for stopping by and see you (hopefully with a less busy schedule) next time! 🫶🫶🫶

すごい!!
Glad that I can help :>
Thanks, that's clear! I'll keep this in mind the next time I do lineart!! Such a smart workaround with using gaussian blur
hopefully the instruction clear enough (im bad at explaining TvT)
@ashe0000000
1. Duplicate the shadow layer
2. Gaussian blur the layer underneath
3. Alpha lock the said layer and play around with the color underneath.
4. Erase the color that was bleeding into other areas/clean it up a bit and done
If you use multiply to shade :
1. Same steps
2. put both layer on normal then merge them together
3. put it back on multiply and done
Extra note : if you use mostly the same color to shade with multiply layer you can just shift the hue and saturation around on the layer underneath using Hue/Saturation/Lightness inside the filter tab, it also saves a lot of time :D (Thats what I did hehehe)
The shading style is so cool! How do you do the warm edges on the shadow areas ??
cuteee!!

This is so good....
YES YES YES YES
