...A very questionable plan. :')

✦ Description 2: Vaporeon is just chilling on a rock when he sees a Magikarp jump out of the water. He immediately gets up on his hind legs and tries to grab it, completely forgetting he’s about to fall in, haha. At least he’ll get the Magikarp!

One brush. No opacity. Max 9 layers.
Used: 7.

No Overlay, Multiply, Gradient Maps or any other fancy stuff — just me, my tablet, and manually picking every color.

Apparently 7 layers were enough. Why use 9 when you can suffer efficiently?

I'm actually really happy with this one :D
