This is Tasna.
Tasna is a young wizard who has a rare birth defect: He was born without arms, which significantly hindered his ability to practice most types of magic... And yes, I intentionally said "most types."
See, Tasna decided to spend most of his life learning telekinesis in order to directly interact with objects without the need for arms or hands. It took a long time for him to do so, but he was eventually able to completely master the art to perfection. He now dabbles in healing/regeneration magic but is not nearly as proficient in it as he is with telekinesis. He absolutely sucks at every other form of magic.
Why is his face red? Good question...
During a practice battle with one of his friends, a freak accident on his end resulted in him accidentally burning his entire face off. He has since learned to live with it but plans to heal himself after mastering regeneration magic.
