I'm doing Oc-tober like last year, but I won't be as committed and will just do monochrome doodles (I'm also just choosing random topics from different sheets).

My theme is "formal or casual," and to be honest my casual looks a bit formal recently XD

His costume is based off of the song "Devil in Disguise" by Marino, his song reminds me of Exodus sometimes (also because the idea just suits him). He would be the type of person who didn't know that you give and get candy on Halloween, but instead think that you're supposed to dress up scary and kill people, like the Purge or the Hunger Games (or maybe just scare kids without any murder) XD

On my last post I talked about how I've been going through some shit lately. Well, I don't want to talk about it too much so I'll just say this:

I've been having sleeping issues due to me overstressing (A LOT). That caused me to have more of those dreams where I could feel pain and have that sensation for hours after I wake up. And it's been over a week now and it's still going. Now that I'm in school, I have to mask it and try to act like nothing is going on even though I feel like I'm in hell fire pain in that moment.

Again, I don't really want to talk about this too much, it's been bothering me a lot lately.

Seriously, don't overstress like I did. Bad stuff can happen to you (most likely not what happened to me cause my case is pretty rare) and you need to take good care of yourself. Take breaks and talk with people you trust. Have a good day.

(To the friends of mine in school, don't comment about school, and I don't want this to be a big deal so keep chats abt this short)

School started for me and I've been going through some shit lately so I didn't have time to draw at all. So I'm just going to post my work in progress right now so that I know I'm at least posting something.

Finally got photos, here's the storyboard :D
I can't paste all 6 pages, so I'm splitting this into 3 parts.

I had quite a lot of trouble of drawing the poses, so I used a few posed from Duvetbox's amazing "Six Hundred Stike" video. So I'm not taking full credit, their poses are amazing and it's fun to learn from them.

If you are actually going to read it, I HIGHLY suggest you reading it with the original song in the background for a better experience XD

I'm still busy, but I'm trying to get some art done rn. I did finish the storyboard, so I'll be posting that soon. But I do warn you ahead of time that the sketch might look a bit messy. I'm working on a piece for someone I really admire, but it's kindof hard trying to spend time on that because of my schedule. Anyway I'm glad to report that I'm still alive, and I hope I'm able to draw more for people's eyes XD

I've been having a lot of family stuff going on this month which is why I haven't posted much. I'm trying to work on a storyboard for a snippet of the ending from "Six Hundred Strike" from Epic the Musical for my two characters Aeon and Exodus. The angles and facial expressions are stabbing at me again and again (pun intended), but I'm getting there. Anyways have a good day :D

I was busy yesterday so I wasn't able to do this. Yesterday was the birthday of the main character from Kagurabachi, which is my favorite manga. And Chihiro is my favorite character :D
Anyway, happy birthday!

Whoooo boy I haven't posted something in a while! I have like a whole month of family plans so I don't have as much time to draw, sorry guys :(

Anyways, I think most of you guys know about some very bratty characters we all want to kill. I wanted to catch up on the s--- talking hype and properly introduce you to my killable (not really) brat.

Some of you guys know him, Exodus my comic's main antagonist. But he isn't the brat I'm talking about, its his powers that we say s--- to. Exodus's powers used to belong to the Tier One Divine who created him (basically his father). This is because as an act of revenge against Exodus and the other Tier One Divines, his father ended his life and forcefully gave ALL his powers to Exodus using a technique called Core Fusing, meaning he can't get rid of it without ending his life (Cores are the diamond shaped rocks that give Divines powers, and fusing them with their user's bodies will enhance their powers but most likely kill them because it's too much power to withstand. And removing it will also kill them).
So Exodus isn't able to remove his powers, and because they are so powerful, it overwhelms him and can control him like it has a mind of its own (kindof, smth like that). Basically using Exodus as a vessel for its murderous, bratty, s---ty behaviors.
In the present, my main character Aeon used a spell on Exodus to prevent this from happening. The spell is a ring around his neck called the Harness that combines Exodus and his powers into one personality so that Exodus is more in control of his powers, even though his personality is colder. If his powers are able to control him again, Aeon pulls on the ring, and it basically impales, scrapes, scratches, and slices Exodus's neck while doing the spell that combines the two (which is one reason why Exodus hates Aeon).

Exodus's powers is basically the reason for all problems, and I absolutely hate them for that! WITH ALL MY LIFE BRO!!! But yeah, it is what it is XD
I hope you guys will hate them just as much as I do (not Exodus, his powers are the s---ty ones), insult him do what you want. Hit him with a bat, I don't care >:D

Leon: Mal' it's been 6 hours! Are you done writing the backgrounds?!!
Caelum: Of course not...
Leon: IT'S BEEN 6 HOURS!!! I NEED THIS SONG DONE!!!
Caelum: That's what I've been telling you, when will you get the term "I suck at playing guitar!"
Leon: All of my songs are doing well and your guitar playing is in every single one of them.
Caelum: Not.
Leon: Dude shut the hell up, you know what I mean! Just finish writing the backgrounds...
Caelum: Just let me do it on the keytar! I can play WAY better on that than the guitar, and you know that!
Leon: I want a guitar part, not a keytar part.
Caelum: Give me a break...
Leon: You need a drink?
Caelum: WELL NO SHIT OF COURSE I DO!!!

My friends forced me to watch Windbreaker with them a while ago, and I kept getting Pinterest pins from that anime yesterday. And one of them gave me this pose, which you know I had to draw. But his one was a bit more challenging, so I had to sketch on top of the original image this time XD

Here's Caelum's best friend Leonel "Leon" Collins! He's a year older than Caelum and is a music producer! Even though Caelum plays as a professional baseballer, he is in most of Leon's songs because he plays guitar (he's not very good tho, but he can play decently well). Like I said in my recent post, Leon is the only person who knows about what happened to Caelum during his one year absence (because Caelum's magic erased the event from everyone's head), and he wants to make sure that he is being a very supportive friend to my little Malakai :D
So yeah, that's the guy! Hope you guys like him :)
