Link and Ganondorf have a very different relationship (Mostly on Ganondorf's part) in my swap au compared to how Zelda and him see each other in aoi. (spoiler- they barely interact)
I think AOI has some pretty sad dialouge and characters so I'm hoping to give them a little bit more life I suppose. So the Sage all have had either minimal revamps or full a re-do.
I haven't figured out how I want to showcase the new Sages since all Zelda sees are the short tear memories...hrmmmmmmm
I think it would be funny if canon totk Zelda was over-confrontational and Sonia had to drag her away from Ganondorf because she would ask him weirdly specific passive aggressive questions.
