Drawing space rules：
Respect every member. Strictly prohibited: Any form of hate speech, racism, regional discrimination, sexism, or insults toward the Chinese nation/country/culture (including subtle mockery, passive-aggressive comments, or offensive "jokes").
Violators will be permanently banned without warning.
To ensure these rules are enforced, we will take the following actions:
1. Verbal Warning: For minor misunderstandings (e.g., posting in the wrong channel).
2. Timeout/Mute: For repeated offenses, starting arguments, or ignoring warnings (10 mins - 24 hours).
3. Kick/Ban: For hate speech, cultural insults, art theft, or severe disruption. (Note: Zero-tolerance offenses result in an immediate, unappealable ban).
