I always have this concern too but less so than i used to, i think my tips would be 1 - if you're planning on coloring it keep the colors you're using on each place in mind, and if you find you're making a section very detailed but it might get sabotaged by dark colors don't put as much detail into the black lineart there. 2, even though i'm pretty bad at it shading/highlighting does help quite a bit in making your lining more prominent and noticeable rather than just blending in, especially with darker colors. a 3rd tip is more simple in just studying others' art who also have beautiful lineart that incorporates color as well
