Mr jester here should probably take a break, too much mind games and we get too close to having thoughts run wild, thoughts unchecked, thoughts in chaos is not good, we want focus and clarity, the bigger picture. We can't have big pictures without details and small pictures though, this is why we find balance between the two, to understand both sides, so we are not limiting ourselves, which will help us create our best work.

Looks like a jester is coming. Stop thinking so much, come back to yourself, feel your heartbeat, listen to the calmness of your breath, each breath getting calmer, till you can't notice just how calm it is, till it feels like you aren't even breathing, you are just in tune now, total calmness. Your mind will be just fine without you interacting with it, but it thinks you can't survive without it, it creates an imaginary fear inside you making you scared to not listen so that you can't escape your thoughts, your mind is playing a trick on you and knows it can get away with it, unless you stop it now. Welcome back to the world, it's been along time that you were gone, the trees missed you, the serenity missed you, reality missed you, it may not always seem like it but reality loves you, of course your brain will say different but you should not be listening to that anyway, be here, you are not your thoughts. You know what all that thinking will do, cause heartbreak, you break your heart little by little everyday by thinking and just expect your heart to recover nice and neatly, thinking all those years that went by did not take a toll on you, it did, you are not your thoughts.

Not made with my blood, but sweat and tears yes. Anguish and pain are horrible feelings no doubt, a main contributor to the equation is thinking, stop thinking, stop letting your thoughts run wild everyday, show your mind who is the boss and actually do things. You are not your thoughts, will update.

A ghost appears, it's not real but feels real, this is how thoughts work, if you pay attention to your thoughts, you are paying attention to ghosts, a ghost can scare you and so can a thought, but a ghost is not real just like that thought is not, so what is there to fear? learn to detach from those ghosts you call thoughts and feel the real difference settle in your body. You are not your thoughts.

I like jester things. This new perspective gave me true insight into the common set of words people say about money, along the lines of if you don't spend it you are afraid of it not coming back, when i realized they aren't talking about money leaving but your fear of it leaving, and that fear is apart of you that makes you think you are safe saving all that money but really it's hurting you, it's a trick from your mind because the money will come back, because you came back to it. You are not your thoughts, will update.

I had this thought just now, good part is i did not have to think about it because thinking is bad, it just came to me, it was a perspective change that i did not expect but it only happened because i went out of my comfort zone, which is what everybody should be doing every now and then.
