Ok so I had to edit frames 8-9 a bit just by ROTATING (cause drawing on magma and taking a screen shot hoping I’ll be consistent was NOT the method ) still, the posing and follow through rules are the same
Ok so I realize NOW that it’s moving a bit….fast, so you could probably fix this by either adding an in-between frame between frames 6-7 (….) or making then closer WHICH gives the swing its ease in-ease out motion

Giving anya these headband things so they look kiiinda like eyes, also I noticed that her hair is separated a tad bit weird so it looks more natural now? (The spider pic is completely random btw)
I found some pics of a rainbow stag beetle because I initially got the idea from a trip to the zoo where there were these cute little beetles in the bug exhibit with the pointy little horns. Anyways, so I made the horns a bit more facing forward and pointy. Uhh He looks a lil too bright imo but the purple one does remind me of when he gets deep fried

Ok so I’m allergic to nuts (among other stuff) and bro I must’ve been tweaking between submitting an essay, going to a club, and studying for a test cause I got a got a cookie from a friend and three bites in…there’s a fucking nut bro, I spit it out and thankfully nothing happened (tree nuts are less risk but PEANUTS…yeahhh I don’t wanna relive that trip to the ER )
noo it was so dumb too cause I was like, “ooh I’ll take the white chocolate then, as long as it doesn’t have nuts!”

redesigning some old side characters! These two were made around summer of 2025 and were kinda like these program/Ai mind trope…? Idk lol
Leah is a disembodied peacock program inhabiting a zebra performer body.
They were based on the song “Lone digger” by caravan palace In which I though of this really cool amv idea so I made a character just for that they run an underground club which acts as a hub for other disembodied programs. Theyre kinda like an ‘emulator’ (?) situation where they can just body hop and control a bunch of things. There was an old subplot involving Alex hunting down Leah
PENNI is a python (haha get it) gorgon-inspired program that resides within THE TREE, where she manages/oversees all unit activity.
Gabe is the one that originally made her but she had to build her body on her own. Her arms aren’t attached to her torso (prototype looking ahh) and the snake wires connect her to basically anything. The most NICHE inspo was “the matriarch” from an animated series called “autodale” (smth like that lol) fair warning the series is really dark/bleak/disturbing? But in SUCH an endearing way

While the animation had all of the characters, it was originally going to focus on Alex, and I kinda wish I finished cause then a good 75% wouldve been just Alex lol
I never really said this but EVERYTHING from his behavior, his ‘pills, and his instant healing was supposed to represent his crippling depression, and it’s a been apart of his character for a long time now

I SWEAR I didn’t forget about her (her and Anya litterally got married in tomodochi life living the dream like a month ago lol) it’s just shes been going through a lot of redesigns!-im not kidding she had 5 different designs back in February

So I actually think the colors are fine but I simplified the wings anyways, I made them more round? For not only the silhouette but because I don’t want her looking like straight up mothra just to deliver Amazon packages
One detail that I might add on is that because shes part moth the sunlight would sort of affect/disorient her a bit more? So the goggles she wears are tinted (which look like bug eyes two yk 
)
She was originally going to be a freaking throw away character who dies in the 2nd act (guess who killed her hahah…) but I loved her too much lol
In lore context, I wanted the butterflies to be made by a somewhat Japanese companyy..? anyways which is why Eiko had a Japanese name, she actually had different names as well! “Flyte” was the first one, Elle, Eloise, and Eiko is the one I stick with most of the time
she actually looks 5 ft now
