Ok so I had to edit frames 8-9 a bit just by ROTATING (cause drawing on magma and taking a screen shot hoping I’ll be consistent was NOT the method 
) still, the posing and follow through rules are the same
Ok so I realize NOW that it’s moving a bit….fast, so you could probably fix this by either adding an in-between frame between frames 6-7 (….) or making then closer WHICH gives the swing its ease in-ease out motion
