i might have a very big problom i have come to the conclusion i may have dereliezation things idk that may be what i have i feel like every thing isnt real

BPD messes with my head alot so here's some things to look out for
I have a sensitive nervous system and can misinterpret neutral events like someone being quiet, busy, or running late as a sign that they are going to leave me.

My sense of self can feel unstable or shifting, accompanied by a chronic, hollow internal emptiness that is exhausting to manage.

I just want you to know when ever I get quiet its either someone in the room with me or I am just not doing well
i struggle with epsoides of Derealization It's a form of dissociation where the external world suddenly feels fake, distant, artificial, or completely surreal.

I don't feel well most days but when I do it uselly because I got sleep or it's because i'm with someone I like. If I go quiet for quite some time it's probably because of this.

Ty for reading all of this and putting up with me <3
